Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept general returns. However, if your order arrives with defects, damage, or incorrect customization, we are committed to making it right.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Include a clear photo of the issue, and we will work swiftly to resolve it.

  • Refunds & Replacements: Once we verify the issue, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

  • No Returns for Customer Errors: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for errors caused by incorrect size selection, address mistakes, or other customer-related issues.

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

  • Once production starts, cancellations are no longer possible.
